1 small onion
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 tbsp Tapatío hot sauce
1 tsp (combined) garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley
Chop the pineapple, onions, and cilantro. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
This is a simple, easy recipe that makes a healthy, delicious salsa that pairs great with fish, tortilla chips, or even red meat (a seemingly unlikely, but equally good combination). It’s even good as a small side dish or on its own.
